Dear all,
(Bi'm trying to build an high available storage area
(Bnetwork.
(BIn my idea I would use a single node system in the
(Bsame manner that raid usa a disk in an array.
(BIn raid 1 scenario I understand that i may use this:
(B
(B"The 'gfrep' command creates file copies. For
(Bexample, 'gfrep -N 2'
(Bcreates two file copies.
(B
(B % gfrep -N 2 .bashrc
(B % gfwhere .bashrc
(B 0: linux-1.example.com linux-2.example.com"
(B
(B
(BIn raid 5 or in raid 6 ?
(BIf I wanted divide a single file in many fragments,
(Bone per node, and if a node fall down I loose the
(Bentire file ? Or there is a parity mechanism like in
(Braid environment ?
